  1. As above really ? Anyone built a kit and decided not to fit the heater ? or has anyone removed one for weight saving etc ? I am Aero with an SLR Cage so just thinking about making the car more useable for longer in the year. Many thanks Dom
  2. AT Power would Have sump pans in stock I expect
  3. You should try the B4, that's the one I found most comfortable, but they don't do a low back version of it yet
  4. Were you asking me Charles ? If so, i`m afraid not, they were already gracing another seven before I got my new carbon low backs delivered
  5. Hi Chris, could be interested in a Pair ? Could you let me know how much please ? And do you have any pics ?
  6. I removed my B6 Tilletts and replaced with W1i Carbon Low backs The same shell shape but fit below a tonneau cover, as I have a Cage with the headrest mounted to that, the high back gave no additional support (And ruined the lines of the car in my opinion) If you are racing, then I'd advise getting a proper Bag seat made up. Much more comfortable, and secure.
  7. I can Confirm after borrowing ScottR400`s one that it is a fantastic tool, I cant imagine trying to fit that many snaps accurately with the hammer and punch method
  8. Hi Jon, Im interested if JK hasnt had it and you will post it ? MAny thanks Dom
  9. I have a brand new pair if you want them ?
  10. It was BM back end of last year when we were discussing them before
  11. Hi JK, Just checking I am presuming you still have me down for some ? Cheers Dom
  12. Speak to Ben at TTV, he will sort you out
  13. Are Tywraps acceptable for IVA ? I have used Bigheads and the Adhesive sold by ECF to attach my wings as I like the ability to take them and the wing stays off without splitting the top Ball joint. (But I have not been through IVA like that)
  14. Where is the paint dot on the sidewall in relation to the valve ? Most people including most tyre fitters, dont realise that this corresponds to the heavy spot on the tyre. This should be placed opposite the valve as a starting point, as the 2 help to cancel each other out, and normally means you need less weight to balance the over all assembly. It be tempted to break the beads, reseat the tyre with plenty of soap, paying attention to where this mark is, then rebalance as Scott has said with 30-35psi in the tyres. HTH Dom
  15. Also spotted up on the coast at Wells according to Facebook but I saw it heading in to Norwich on the Dereham road ? Anyone on Here ?
  16. Nope, you Caterham bods have already called it something else to confuse normal folk Its always been corner weighting. God knows where "Flat flooring" came from ? Corner weighting is the correct engineering terminology. In Racing terms each wheel and suspension system is classed as a "Corner" You are measuring how much mass is being carried by each wheel (Corner) It is nothing to do with the floor
  17. Speak to Kitcar Direct, they have a similar product to what you require I believe, but will be Glass / Carbon rather than ABS
  18. I Have a Pela one which is superb, but that looks rather neat too
  19. I have a load of kit too, so I`ll do a list and email it. Some of it will not be lent out but you are welcome to come round and use it if that makes sense
  20. Put your ACF 50 on (Id be tempted to check compatibility with the piston rod seals first mind) then wrap up the damper in a cover
  21. I could be interested in your Nitrons if that makes the decision easier ;) (Ideal for me if they would fit a narrow track metric chassis)

Dave, did you want Alex Brake`s (Magnitude Events) contact details about a Hethel day on the Lotus Test track ? He normally can arrange Factory Tours and Tours of Classic team lotus on the same day too ?
