  1. Yes agree with "the Ash".... took my 7 to my local back street garage who usually works on family cars and he had the car fixed within 2 hours. Unlike the Caterham "specialised" who's now had my other 7 for over 6 months now and is still not fxed.
  2. I need 1 of 185x70x13 I have 4 wheels but only 3 tyres .AVON CR322
  3. Another thumbs up for James Whiting. `Very experenced guy with a no BS approach .
  4. Just got myself an ex race 7 Vauxhall 8v Live axle. I was aware of how low the car was so I took it real easy over the humps but still the car bottomed out. The car has 55 profile on 13" wheels, it also came with 70 profile tyres so that's a quick fix but is there anyway to alter the height at the rear. The front appears to have adjustable platforms on the suspension but the rear don't . Help and suggestions, thanks Jon
  5. Is a FIA with petty strut sufficient for mot sport or do I need a complete cage ? I looked at the Caterham Grads series and it all sounds a bit vague ? 5.3 SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: 5.3.1 All cars must conform to the general and competition regulations of the MSA which define minimum safety requirements for racing purposes. 9. I have a very early '96 Superlight 007 Very original except the previous owner powder coated the wheels and wheel rims when they should be polished so I'm now looking for a second set. It even still has the spare wheel and carrier fitted, though I've been told to remove it as it adds 20kg . Original Superlights are getting rare to find and sadly I've seen some horrible molested ones with poor resprays, non original colours, the wrong seats, wrong wheels etc etc. I've seen some that are not true Superlights but have the badges . Jon
