Titanium7
Does Tiger Seal bond to plain rubber?
Eugene
I pop-riveted some lengths of fibreglass (old wings) to the rubber, then used Tiger Seal to bond the mud flaps to the front wings... Stationary M25 Traveller
Rubber is very oily. Suspect not. I bonded bighead studs with big perforated heads and short M8 threads to the wings with 2-part acrylic bonding agent, then punched holes in mudflaps and used big washers and Loctite on nuts. Beverlonian
Hi tbird, I know I'm on the wrong side of the polishing to driving ratio but the mudflaps do make a big difference. Andy SV in Aztec Orange 'n' Black.
S1MON
I used Tiger Seal and it sticks like the proverbial ... to a blanket. I just hope I never need to take them off! See my pics here All in all I think I spent £2.50 on the rubber (conveyor belt material) and £10 on the Tiger Seal Simon DK57GWZ
