    I tried my local Lotus / Caterham guy to change my Sigma 140 cam belt but he declined when he realised what was involved. His experience was mostly with the K Series, which having helped do that it is a lot easier. I also got Stuart at Premier Power to do it. I saw this when I first looked at doing it myself- https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=101&t=1602254. It was too challenging for me.

    I've done a few track days using one I bought off eBay but it does not seem to be available from the same supplier. The description was "Roll Bar Cage Handlebar Seatpost Bike Mount + 3-Way Pivot Arm for GoPro 5 4 3+ 3" which appears to find the same thing, or at least very similar. It fits very nicely on the roll bar. Steve

    After reading a post on this topic I tried 24psi hot at Blyton and found myself going backwards on a couple of occasions. Dropped back to 18psi for the remainder of the day without any further problems. I'm now running 18psi cold on the road and 18psi hot at Caldwell on Tuesday where the car felt great.

    As everyone has said this was a great day, the organisation was spot on as usual, James, Dave and Simon do a brilliant job. The track etiquette was great, especially during OPL. Never blocked by anyone slower and never harassed by anyone faster. The instruction was also fantastic, the difference in confidence after a session was amazing. The instructors do a great job which adds to the value of a club track day..

    I just switched from CR500 to ZZS and found them to be a good step forward, both on the road and track.
