  1. Also, the 52mm is an upgrade noted on the DVA website with greater airflow capability ( when future upgrades come along)
  2. Miker7, let me measure the two, I think the only difference is the vvc cast into the top of the vvc one
  3. It fitted my non vvc engine, perhaps someone else could advise here.
  4. Plastic manifolds have been known to fracture with age.
  5. Taken from my 1.8 2004 X power 140bhp engine as I have now changed to emerald the immobiliser was switched off and it was set with “pops and bangs” Seemed to make a difference to the feel of the car and was great on the over run £200

  10. Another vote for vibration free, they balanced my K series crank, TTV 3.2kg flywheel and clutch last year when Rob at Ratrace built my engine.

  12. Another vote for TTV , fitted to my 1.8 by Rob at Ratrace last year and weighed at 3.18kg (I love his precision) big difference in the feel of the engine and its ability to spin up/ respond
