Alan, I had my Se7en upgraded to wide track, its on a 52 plate and was factory built and upgraded. I can honestly say it was money well spent, and for me a good place to start, what mith many years of power upgrades ahead of me. The front just feels so much better planted and resistant to understeer, and dialing in oversteer all the more controlable. Worth the cost? yes. Handling improved drastically? not drastically but improved. Down sides to normal drivibility? none If you’re behind me and can read this, its because I’m letting you.... Pee Wee

I run a 52 plated factory built 1.6 Roadsport with the standard 115 bhp pushing through Caterhams six speed box via a lightened fly wheel out to the 3.62 diff. At the moment Im running on 14 inch Minators which are Avon ZV1 shod. I find the use chalk usefull when checking the engine oil. Pull the dip stick wipe clean, then rub the chalk on it an re insert! A positive line/level can then be seen If you’re behind me and can read this, its because I’m letting you.... Pee Wee

Remove thermostat housing attach hose and then re-attach thermostat housing. Whilst you got the housing off replace thermostat with a lower deg c opening item. If you’re behind me and can read this, its because I’m letting you.... Pee Wee

I've seen the thread but can't for the life of me find it now, even carried out a search. Went something like "I want to replace my yellow bulbs for silver types that flash yellow as I now have clear lenses" someone replyed and left a link to where the above can be purchased. Marty, Its well worth the effort to get the poppers in the right position for the half doors first. I fitted a tonneau last year and then got some half doors only to find the popers for the tonneau are well out so im gonna have to re-think the door fitting. If your from around my neck of the woods your more than welcome to borrow them and do the job right, and save yourself some hastle. I would'nt part with the Se7en, it took me long enough to get it, but I see where your going. Get the spanners out and do it myself. I could always keep the receipt for the consumables, oil, filter etc and put them in the book if the unthinkable was ever to raise its head..
