  3. The time has come to reunite myself with my beloved Seven... I've departed the RAF after 32 years and have been living in rural Llandovery (near Brecon Wales) for the past 9 months and its time to collect the Seven from my brother who's been giving it all the TLC she could ever need... Anyone local able to help me out? PEEWEE7
  4. After a fantastic track day at Oulton Park yesterday (15/05/18) it identified a few areas that require attention in relation to my Seven's current set up. First on the list is 4 pot calipers to replace the standard 2 pot's.

    Remember Dave doing my upgrades... shortly after I ditched the screen for an aero, hey presto I had all new braking points due to the lack of wind resistance...brake upgrade next... One improvement leads to another!

  9. So, retain the solid standard discs all round, go for the MGB533M1144 on the front and uprated blue spot ones as recommended by Richard Price for the correct balance/front rear bias on the rear. Next question is wheres the best place to source these items 🤔

  11. Off to Cadwell on Saturday and want to upgrade my pads and discs... I'm running a Factory built '52 plated Roadsport pushing 150bhp on 13' wheels, Mintex pads yeah MGB533M1144 or the one with larger contact area the 35's I think... But what discs? Vented, grooved or solid?

  19. Ive had my half doors for for about five years and havent got round to fitting them... to be honestly I'm poo at that kind of thing! Ive gone aero and have a track day at Cadwell on the 10th of August... Anyone fancy giving me the benfit of their experience and giving me a hand??

I want to replace my NLP100290 original Rover spark plugs and have stumbled across the term "wasted spark system" (two coil packs at the top of the engine, under the cover, no distributor) Firstly what is a wasted spark? Secondly which plugs should I replace the original with? I'm running a DVA K04 1.6k serires set up pushing around 150bhp
