Why fit something so expensive for the rear brakes. As you have experienced they get little use in a Blade. Try standard Sierra ones from your local friendly motor factor. I found it improved brake bias with Green Stuff in the front..
Thanks for your input guys. All sorted - I was trying not to disturb the U bolts and brake pipes but in the end had to. I have now replaced all four shocks and springs so need to set the ride height and get the car corner weighted next.
Then to source a silencer that actually silences and I may be able to get the old girl back on to a track.
It is 1964 and the ride was getting a bit choppy so I thought it should be treated to some new springs and shocks. Had to buy some gas filled ones though.
