Nick There is a newer style of box which is slightly larger to fit 90mm trumpets (I think) Trumpets included with this airbox are approx 45mm, the exterior of the box is shaped to allow fitment around chassis and pedal box. Fits on the standard Jenvey throttle bodies, can send you pics if my description doesn't make sense. HTH Martin

  10. Neil, I think Mistral saw Will turn up in his flash Range Rover My bill for the same work was somewhat better (though still pricey ) 😳 Tip Of The Day...turn up in a van 😬 Martin
  11. Jason If Simon hasn't nabbed the wings could I take them please Martin
  12. I have 215 Kumhos front and 235 rears which works well I plumped for medium front and hard rear compounds from memory They do fit nicely under the RIF front wings and certainly look purposeful, the Kumhos are road legal and perform well on road and track. But I am still uncertain whether this is the way to go, they are quite heavy tyres and you end up with a high unsprung weight which just seems wrong I am contemplating buying some lightweight rims and CR500s or ZZRs instead Martin
  13. Cooo, sounds like my car 😳 Tim has found the site I bought mine from Only potential hassle is whether your original lights are fitted using rivnuts, if not it's a pain to gain access to the nuts in the small gap between back panel and tank Martin
  14. Sorry to hear the 7 has gone Roger Not sure how much rear view we need, 1130mm wide 😬
  15. Sadev now confirmed to bring a box along to the aerodrome at the Graham Nearn Memorial Blat next weekend
  16. Sure they are leather Though it was getting a bit dark in the car park *eek* 😬 Martin
  17. My car has lowered floors and a tall FIA bar and at 6'3" I am safely within the limit for sprinting, the line is drawn from the top of the bar to the top of the engine, 2 relatively immovable objects mind you my wife at 5'3" struggles to see over the scuttle 😳 I am often shocked on blats how many owners have their heads protruding above their roll bars 🙅🏻‍♂️ The tall bar is 50mm taller than the standard bar, a 1/2 hood is available for this from SB47S but you will need reinforcing strips to stop it flapping at speed. Tall bars are, I think, still available from Arch as this is not a current CC product, will be with the single diagonal bar. Caged may also make a taller bar though I haven't seen one. Not sure about tall bars on SVs ? I would hesitate ordering an even taller bar, I would concentrate my efforts at ensuring the seats are low and reclined sufficiently rearwards. A lowered floor should not be discounted though, welcome to have sit in mine if it helps Martin
  18. Mic Might be worth stating whether it's a 125 or 150 Martin

  23. The noise meters are judiciously placed just after 3 bends where you woulkd be pushing the right hand pedal, popping and banging shouldnt be a problem Martin
  24. No idea if it's true but the latest Evo mag had a snippet saying all "trackday" tyres will be banned from 2012 😔 Sure we will have worn out the current ones by then 😬 Martin
