  12. Thought my scuttle made a noise but it turned out to be the shift lights. Screws were just a tad loose causing the bracket to squeak. May help. Jem

  14. Removed mine in January, I removed plenum, alternator, ex manifold. Removed fuel rail just for safety, but this can be left in place. I left the starter on but had to remove it when refitting. When removing starter, also remove oil filter/ cooler head to access starter bolts. I fitted some lifting brackets off a zetec engine which were bolted into the side of the cyl head. IThe Trouble with Thomas The Tank is youngsters grow out of it as fast as they pick it up - My youngster has declared he is too old for this now and so its all up for sale - his decision My son was exactly the same, he would have nothing to do with Thomas once he had reached 21 years of age 😬 J
