  1. Didnt we ban these 🤔 😬
  2. Shoot me down if you think Im out of order, but, as a fan of Llandow... If there are only 50 odd entries it means we should get (including practise) 6 or 7 runs on the day which is more than normal but not out of the ordinary... my point is how much money is required for the event to break even, and divided between all the entrants , be deemed worth it for these extra runs? Probably not been done before, but if an extra £10-£15 per driver would save the event then I for one would consider it. I'll get me coat. Jeff
  3. Has anyone had confirmation of their entry? Hope its on as its Jo's favourite weekend away, dining in Cowbridge and Wolfcastle, although Ive not told her we will be sleeping in the back of the works van this year 😳 Jeff
  4. Glad to hear it Chris, Be great to see you competing again Jeff
  5. Top tip for Stowe, Dont do it in the rain, in Feb without half doors 😳 Typically, my new half doors arrived this morning Enjoyable day playing with Elise's and the elements, looking forward to the season in much warmer weather 😬 Jeff

    New Headlights

Fitting new headlights from CC and wires have connectors on that look like they should fit into the existing plug with the yellow middle ,but can you get the old connectors out and the new ones in without using a big hammer and a lot of bad language?
  9. Best put down from a fellow competitor... After coming second at Loton to Mr Price I recieve my 2nd place clock award, while admiring it Richard strolls over and asks for a look. "Its the same as yours" I say "only mine says 2nd place and yours says 1st" "No no" says Richard " I think mine is a couple of seconds faster" ❗ 😬 Jeff

  16. Simon, you have my sympathy, Wiscombe, 3 years ago, I didnt make it to the pub on the friday night with you for dinner cause I was doubled up in a layby thinking I was about to give birth!! Glad to hear your ok Jeff
  17. Richard, We've noticed ! 😶‍🌫️ Jeff
  18. Richard, I see your speeds through the trap were very consistant (115) but have you noticed your sons blatant disregard to your instructions not to abuse your engine, 116 mph was recorded three times! Being a father I know how troublesome these pesky kids are, therefore may I suggest he be grounded for at least 2 weeks and not allowed to come out and play especially at wiscombe where this complete disregard may result in excessive engine wear and some serious damage to class 3 end of season standings. Well done both, again. *thumbup* 😬 😬 Jeff

    Roll cage

Martin, I had a roadsport cage fitted for the last few years because of the obvious safety reasons, got it from CC very easy to fit, windscreen and full hood and doors still fit on for touring ( Im sure the SBFS one will to). I have just swapped to a full superlight cage with mirror mounts because of (A)the looks (B) the easier access and exit from the seven, and © mainly and most importantly (this is only my opinion) the risk of injury whilst driving on the road without a helmet for both driver and passenger with a narrower roadsport cage even with rollcage padding. Downside of SL cage; windscreen wont fit no hood Std doors and Std CC half doors dont fit Which ever one you choose it will be a good decision Jeff
  22. Well done Richard, flat thro kennel and crossing is very impressive and what I failed to do again this year.... oh, and you look faster thro the esses as well Great win and new class record Jeff
