Will it still be in Wales?
  2. Have I missed something? So we are allowed to use 1B in roadgoing format, but if the tyres are F marked they will be banned soon but not at a clearly specified time?? Which tyres are F marked?... We buy a new set for 2016 only to have to buy another set for 2017? I was all for staying roadgoing, but it does'nt seem so clear cut now Luckily my ZZR's are shot so new tyres are needed, but now the options are more ZZR's (2 seasons use and as Simon states available) + FHR versus potential 2 sets of tyres for next 2 seasons. Jeff
  3. I think this was mentioned before, but how available would list 1c tyres become, and will the tyre manufacturers carry on making them for a shrinking market? We dont want to be in a position where we struggle to obtain our tyre of choice. Jeff
  4. Awards to music..... Mark, do you know "Second best" (Dolly Parton/Barenaked Ladies) or "You win again" (BeeGees), Either would do for me Jeff
  5. Congrats to all class winners, big thanks to Chris and Paul for all your efforts A hugely enjoyable season made more the better for some fantastic tussles and banter in class 3. Jeff

Yes, it was a frustrating weekend, 135 entrants was just too many for the double lap configuration. The BSC did slow things down a lot on Saturday and of course they have to have there top 10 or 12 run off which takes up more time. Not blaming them (they are fun to watch) but if they are at an event it has to be taken into consideration. As disappointing as it was, I really enjoyed actually doing the double laps on both days, and would welcome doing it again, but as mentioned it would only work with a max of 80 Nat B entrants. Much more upsetting was having to listen to a room full of braying Welsh rugby fans cheering on Australia on Saturday night and then taking the brunt of their "patriotism" Jeff
  7. Hi Paul, No starter, Steak and Ale pie and chips, Sticky toffee pudding and ice cream please. Definately need a telly for the rugby! Jeff

  11. No finals here either, am I in? Jeff
  12. I'll gladly pass it on if required! Just a bit of late braking for the start of the esses meant I missed a bit out as witnessed by Mr Margel. Mr Horne went the wrong side of the finish line cone and received a written card from the organisers that his time would not count! An enjoyable day at Harewood only ruined by someone in class 3 going too fast.... again Jeff (Do the smileys in the text work??)
  13. Not sure if this will work.... Top ten run off result below. Cracking time Oli ! *smokin http://www.swanmoco.co.uk/llys_y_fran_results/2015/19_july_2015/19th%20July%202015%20Top%2010%20Run.PDF Jeff

  18. Thanks David, will do. The doctor did mention needing physio when mended, but upset me by starting the sentence " At your age....." Jeff PS Have fun at the weekend and may the weather gods be kind!

  21. I've had to withdraw from Goodwood and Hethel as I've gone and broken a bone in my elbow I've notified both organisers and hopefully (but doubtfully) will be ok for Curborough . combination of sun cream, flip flops, stone steps and a cocktail or two while in Thailand and down I went.....OUCH! Jeff
