    I've bolted mine on but used rubber grommets on the top side between the bolt head and wing and a strip of sticky padding on the underside to act as an insulator to vibrations. No visible cracking to date so fingers crossed!

    CC also do a clear lens cover for these for a couple of quid which I have on mine and they look pretty good.

    Ouch not cheap. From looking at the pictures it would seem you have to bolt on the drive shafts? If that's true then new shafts would also be required adding to an already costly upgrade. After going throught the pain and trauma of fitting my original diff I am happy to live with the growling overrun and whine until it eentually fails then maybe I'll swap. Until then I wil assume it's all part of the charm !!

    I had a similar problem on my Superllight. I noticed my indicators on the nearside were flashing faster than normal so after a quick inspection discovered that the nearside front (under the headlamp) was not working. I changed the bulb and still not working. In the end I tracked it down to the +ve wire breaking where it connects to the pad that makes contact with the bulb. Problem was that I had not put enough slack in the wire when building so with the vibrations caused by daily use it had fractured. Problem solved by soldering a short piece of wire on and reassembling. It's worked fine eversince

    Yep that was me and the other half heading for a run in the New Forest and to hopefully see some of the guys heading back from Poole to Beaulieu...... the only 7 we saw was yours...... nice use of the Union Flag
