O-rings wanted

Nov-07

Can the POBC tell me the specification and suggest a possible source of the O-rings used to fit between the dashboard and the 2" instruments of a Seven? Mine have deteriorated with age (I know the feeling ☹️)

Yes, I did think of that 😬 However, that size of ring does not appear to be listed as an SV part - which is what I was looking for. I am sure that one could get them cheaper elsewhere but it's only pennies.

I needed some new O rings for one point on my dry sump tower setup on my K. I googled for O-ring suppliers and found one where you could specify diameter and thickness of O ring. And the material it was made of.

Can't remember their name right now, but not hard to find. Would need to look through receipts on home computer to find it.

I have those exact CC items on my SV.

Three, if I only replace the small 50mm instrument rings. I have found a source of O-ring "cord". I wonder if my "normal" super-glue would stick properly; the recommended variety is fiendishly expensive *eek*
