Un-used Tall dedion FIA bar, not used, and new one made for car when I went single seater 150 GBP collected from Clavering, or plus delivery.
  8. Sadly the credit crunch and redundancy force the sale of my car. The has been part of a 4+ year rebuild and constant upgrade (this is the third induction system during the build, third loom, second box etc etc). For those who know me, this has been a no-expense spared exercise and the car is a full rolling chassis, without engine which has not been installed. Sadly, i suspect that the value lays in the parts not the car, but i am open to serious offers on the whole of 12k which is far less than spend, or will split; 1990 Chassis, fully refurbished and upgraded by Arch, including full re-skin and chassis/suspension/diff upgrades to add stiffness. All aluminium has been replaced and black powder coated. The chassis is on a Q plate and does not require a cat at MOT. Chassis is newly painted in Mercedes silver 633 (metalic close to aluminium in colour) New loom New prop (std type) Fitted engine bay undertray (Arch) New alloy rad Fitted undertray for prop tunnel ( with rear undertray underside is enclosed) MOG carbon racing seat and oxted quilted leather cover Caterham carbon dash Quaiff 5 speed sequential - recently refurbished by quaiff and with bespoke carbon Reverie gear knob. Set of 6 RIAL (MOG) rims with ACB10s (4 brand new) and 2 previously used. MOG carbon half doors and tonneau New 3.64 LSD Reverie carbon rear undertray Carbon 5.5" headlamps on special low stays with built in indicators Stack dash and loom including fuel pressure New injection tank and high performance (5 bar) pump in tank, with highest spec black fabric flow and return pipes New dedion tube New Hitech rear caliper including handbrake DITP carbon front and rear wings (includes low wing stays for front to match 13" rims DITP carbon nosecone with Reverie side blister and under nosecone carbon air filter Nytron dampers and new springs for VX R500 wide track aero front suspension with MOG carbon lower covers Adjustable front and rear anti-roll bars (free style) Ali boot cover and quick release panels ( for fire extinguisher etc ) Plumbed in Fire Extinguisher Please reply to this posting as opposed to blatmail, open to offers for part or all. Many thanks Edited by - anthony on 19 Apr 2008 13:03:17 Edited by - anthony on 19 Apr 2008 13:07:20 Edited by - anthony on 19 Apr 2008 13:10:33

  11. Must resist, must resist, Nope, no self control. Joachim if you have one left and it fits std QR column thats great
  12. gents, having been partially involved in getting an SLR racer through, also need to consider ;- Handbrake installtion Lamps/indicators potective trim/dash/wings etc mirrors steering wheel CO2 emissions The SVA near Dartford were really helpful The 3k would seem a sensible budget for taking a racer, repainting and re-fitting, but clearly can be done a lot more efficiently in cost terms ;-)
  13. Hi, Mine's August 1990 - and fitted with the twin top wishbone fixing points. There is a stiffening angle which Arch fits to the chassis which helps with the load on the wishbones - i dont think these came in until much later and are a worthwhile modification, especially with wide-track loads. Otherwise you are left with a bolt through the chassis, which is un-supported at the other end !
  14. Good morning, This is a straight forward task for Bruce and his team. It is possible to trial fit and set up the suspension, before sending chassis too Bruce for the alterations. Take care if you go R500 wishbones, as the appetures need to be wider still. Its well worth the effort though, and Bruce's work will be invisible :-)
  15. Welcome to my world. Hall and landing now on third colour of Farrow and Ball paint, having pre-approved paint finish I also have pallet of high quality, polished limestone tiles (cream). There are 39 rof 400x400 mm tiles ( 156 in total ), which is more than sufficient to complete the average sized domestic bath room in a 3 bed house - I know as we have completed in a different colour limestone Cost £50+VAT/delivery tile ! Crema Marfil type Open too sensible offers. Also available - full height 600 mm wide stainless towel rail - not to be confused with cheap chrome ones. Again open to sensible offers Anthony Car is nearly ready, but I have be saying that for at least a year :-)

  18. Swindon and Speiss run very nice pulley set ups, with nylon belt guards. This type of installation is visible on K2RUM, Marius's car, Harry Flatters car and L7FUN - sorry if i have missed anyone out. I have for sale a complete kit with the exception of the verniers, which went to Scotland with the cams. The reason for selling is that Swindon built my new engine and funnily had no need for the Speiss set up. Kit comprises; 1. Nylon belt guard (with Swindon on it 😬) 2. Bottom crank pulley 3. Brand new water pump with special anodised alloy small dia water pump pulley 4. Idler pulley bracket with snib roller stops the longest length of cam belt from flapping) 5. Two new SBD pulleys - metal type, not the plastic ones Cost of kit was c.500 including new pump and SBD pulleys. Make the front of your engine fantastic at your next belt change for £250. Please give generously, i have a new engine to pay for You will need verniers and belt. Please mail me on anthony.burgess@networkrail.co.uk as blat mail is inconsistent. Kind regards Anthony Car is nearly ready, but I have be saying that for at least a year :-) Edited by - anthony on 7 Mar 2008 17:50:01
