Noticed this bargain last week..if you look closely on the rear view, he has a sticker that says SupersportR so it was a 140bhp 1.8K upgraded to 160 with TB's which is a 4k upgrade..if i was selling it privately i would be selling it for 14.5k - 15k Be quick, but check it thouroughly K8 ERM 160 VVC CATERHAM GALLERY here

Hi Mike interesting you mention the ticking you may want to check your plugs and leads are the right ones.the vvc leads should have red tabs on them and the coils should have red ends assuming that its a wasted spark EU3 engine?...mine wrongly and worringly had the black coil packs fitted which are shorter by 15mm over the VVC ones and causes arcing from the coil to the plug hence the ticking!..i know your car is low mileage but would be worth checking..the head is reasonbly noisy anyway from cold and i would say this was to be expected....i've also had the mech piston seals replaced on mine as the piston that feeds oil to the mechs was sticking so obviously they go very noisy and quite loud!... if you say its a noise from the front then possibly followers!...or as i suspect nothing wrong with it at all for such low miles and you're hearing the inherent charateristic of the vvc head 😬 is this the red one with 5 spoke HPCs that was sold a few months back?.
