Look at the order things are done in the assembly guide - some bits rotate and other bits don't. My old DeDion tube had the pipes just tie-wrapped in place. The current DeDion is drilled to pop rivet the pipes/hoses in place. Simon
Your power seems to be rolling off too early. The 2001 1.8 Supersport was rated at 140bhp @6800 rpm - OK the 140 number may not be real, but I'd have thought the rpm quoted would have been at max. power. Simon
I used www.remotekey.co.uk about 4 years ago. Told them its a Caterham and ordered a Rover 200 fob.. You'll need to locate the diagnostic socket ( under the dash?!) Simon
Looked like just one sidelight working. - Either that or Caterham headlights are even worse than I thought.
You were on the lit section just before M40 turn-off, but jeust about to hit the unlit section

The electrical sender is very exposed on the K and easily damaged by a simple knock. I did this twice in 2 weeks before I realised the plates at the entrance to the carpark at work were causing the damage. Caterham used to do a remote mounting kit for the sender to move it out of harms way. I've had no more trouble for the past 16 years simon
I have the sales brochure and 'Price List 7 Available options' sheet for 1999 which includes both Club sport and superlight. If you're interested, I could scan and email them. Simon
