  1. Brian, Shame that didn't do the trick, although at least yours does it all the time 😳I will call CCM on Monday and see where mines at. Incidentally, anyone, is there a list of sensors, engine loom wiring diagrams anywhere or even a location guide showing where the sensors are ??? Thanks all Rik Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here
  2. Brian, Thanks for that, please keep us posted. Spoke to CCM just before I left for work, they have managed to reproduce but need the laptop plugged in at the same time so will keep you all updated Rik Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here
  3. A further update, The starting after 5 minutes problem is back as bad as ever, generally as described in the first post. Now, I know it has the latest maps, so there has to be something else. It is booked in with Brett at CCM when I can get it there, but any other suggestions ?? I am still thinking temp sender or connection thereto, or perhaps a throttle linkage/body problem, as very occasionally I can get it to run right with a blip of the throttle. 4. Thanks for that Grubbster, From reports, I had expected Keevil to be worse than what you measured Definitely going to keep the CR500's fo the road then. Thanks all Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here
  5. You were on the straight bit just before the roundabouts, no I wasn't in the 7, but we did wave Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here
  6. Spotted southbound on the A5, just by the Truckstop at about 4.30pm. I seem to recollect the car from the Penn meet ?? Looks like you were having fun 😬 Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here
  7. Sorry O/T, but did we see you (or at least your car) last night briefly, Jason ???? Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here
  8. Thanks for that, will await the outcome with interest Have a good day on Saturday 😬 Rik Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here
  9. Just a point of interest, in the newer.... metric.. ahem chassis, there is only two positions for the pedals, the front one is ok, the rear is useless as the pedals touch the top of the footwell. Rik Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here

  14. Thanks Mark, Is the recomendation still for 6" fronts and 8" rears, ? or for only 150 bhp will this be a bit over-tyred at the back. I have seen some threads that mention 185x60x13 all round. I was going for 185x60x13 as the diameter is marginally smaller than my 15" CR500's so won't have any wingstay issues. Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here
  15. Thanks for the comments, Looks like that is the way to go, I will probably trailer it anyway but I was thinking if I trash the CR500s, then that is £400 + to be road legal again PLUS a set of Wheels & Tyres say £400 ish ?? Or if I accept that fact the the tyres would get trashed, I may as well spend the money on the spare set and not have to replace the CR500's (yet) Does this sound right ??? 16. I have 15" Anthracites (195x45x15) on my 1.6 Roadsport SV, with about 3-4mm all round. I am booked into Keevil at the end of April, Cadwell in Spetember and hope to do a couple of more days, one airfield and one track perhaps. The question for which the POBC would be appreciated is :- I assume I will wreck my expensive CR500's in short order on track, so I guess it may be time to think about a second set of wheels and some tyres more suitable for trackdays. How much wear should I allow for Keevil on the CR500's or should I get the trackday set for Keevil and save the CR500's for the road ?? Many Thanks in advance Rik Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here
  17. Spotted on A34 northbound, just north of the Winchester roundabout about 12.40pm, going well in the outside lane, I was the silver mondeo estate just pulling off to go to Stockbridge Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here

I use a Tom Tom V3, loud enough to be heard (just) but doesn't have any audio out connector so can't be used with intercom/earpieces etc The TT3 is very good especially with regular speed camera updates (pocketgps.co.uk) Rik Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here

  21. Spotted queueing at the traffic Lights by the Mill on the Soar, Broughton Astley, Leicestershire, I beeped my horn (Silver Mondeo Estate) but not sure you clocked who it was (or your exhaust was too loud and my horn too puny !!!!!) Should have taken mine out this afternoon, but work called and the moment was gone ☹️ Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here
  22. Quote from Jill last week, Touring Tunnel Bag = £52.25 + 15% VAT Rik Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here
  23. My tax disc holder lives on the windscreen stanchion as others have mentioned. Someone did suggest putting a colour photocopy in it and keeping the original "available". I used the halfords double sided number plate stuff but the 6mm thick double sided foam to cope with the nose. Rik Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here
  24. Is this still available or sold yet ? Rik Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here
  25. SM25T, would a 195x50x15 really be a replacement for a 195x45x15 ? My CR500's are very close to the cycle wings as it is. My calcs show that a 50 profle would be 20mm bigger on diameter ?? Rik Roadsport SV 1.6 Sigma 150 in Viper Blue here
