  2. What part number did you order from Shaw's?
  3. Ian I am interested as well. And in alternative bush source(front and back suspension). I know Caterham normally take a part off a standard car and treble the price. Nick
  4. Nigel Replied. Just need to check which one I need. Did not realise they were handed. Nick
  5. B*gg3r3d one of mine getting the bushes out , if anyone has a spare, scruffy fine as I am getting everything power coated anyway. Please blatmail if you can help. Nick
  6. Emailed last night about a price for the centre mirror, no reply yet. Nick
  7. Steve Saw Chris and Maggie the other day and they mentioned you parting with the car, must say I was sorry to hear that. Lovely car, maybe you can get a proper orange one next 🤔 😬 Nick
  8. A thorn in the side of Caterham here, deserves a reward.
  9. With SM25 on this one, Wood silk furniture polish works a treat. I think it is because it does not contain silicon? Nick
  10. Mark Just sent a text, I will take the wheels. Nick
  11. Mark 1st dibs on the Nitrons and the wheels. Nick
  12. Ian Why not pull down all the bits on the side of the house and put one of these up. I put one up very similar and no planning permission required. If you want to build an extension then you can probably sell the wooden garage on. Wooden garages are nice and dry and do not suffer from much condensation. I reckon it would take a couple of weeks to acheive a satisfactory result.
  13. Dave Emailed about the Nitrons. Let me know when you are ready for me to pick them up. Nick
  14. Reg Mine is exactly the same Always has been. Nick
  15. X flows usually breathe heavily if not fitted with forged pistons. As yours is a Roger King one I would have thought it would have those fitted. If you were really giving it beans then oil in the breather tank is to be expected. I would just pour it back into the engine. Nick
  16. There is one on Pistonheads and the advert says that it will fit an imperial chassis as stated by Caterham so I would think one would fit yours. It may be the same cage that Prangerman has on his car which I would have thought is an imperial chassis. Nick
  17. I had a micro T and towed my Caterham with it. Fits perfectly and is a really compact trailer that can be stowed in a single garage with the ramps on so you can drive the car on and off without moving it unless you are towing. It tows really well. As for tyre blow outs, its the same as a caravan, you just need to keep nice fresh tyres on it and maybe look at a good stabiliser tow hitch. Nick
  18. Tony Does it come with the neck like this one here? First dibs if it does. Nick
  19. OK Dave thanks, just got a bit worried I had not heard anything. Speak to you later, no rush, just call me when you have stopped eating all the pies Nick
  20. Dave No replies to my last two emails? Did you get anything from me? Nick
  21. Ian You are right, this is a safety upgrade, can't understand why you would ask such a stupid question Arnie, I have heard that the Ledas are quite heavy items 🤔 🤔, not good for unsprung weight . My Bilsteins seem to work well on the road but I want more adjustability. I intend to keep them until I have tried the Nitrons on road and track and if they work for me I will sell the Bilsteins on. Nick
