  1. Mark Have you checked the wiring loom near the radiator to see if the wiring for the fan thermo switch exists? There should be a two core wire with insulated push on female spade terminals. The two sensors in your pictures are the Stack Dash water temperature and the water temp for the ECU. Mark
  2. I previously owned an R500K and the fan was controlled by a thermo switch mounted in the top of the radiator similar to this. The car was also fitted with a manual override switch, Stack Dash and had the MBE ECU. I would start by joining the two wires connected to the thermo switch in the top of the radiator and if the fan comes on this is likely to be your problem.
  3. Stu When I had my R500K and was looking to reduce Induction noise I fitted a Bernard Scouse airbox and K&N cone airfilter. The advantage was I could easily switch between the airbox and the standard sausage filter as it uses the same backplate, zeus fasteners and no need for a bonnet cut out or nose cone mobification. It was also cheaper, had limited impact on engine power and did not restrict access.
  4. An additional spring is not required for the single T/B fitted to the K series
  5. What about Northampton Motorsport who work on carbs as well as injection and have tuned a number of club members cars with excellent results
  6. Here is the Trophy and you will even have your own section in the paddock here
  7. Caterham do not use the standard Rover spigot bearing and you need a Spacer Sleeve which might need linishing to fit the end of the crankshaft and this Spigot Bearing. The spacer sleeve is shown as out of stock so try Redline.
  8. Dan Alan Bowler fitted this centre plate which was the same as the CC part. Mark
  9. If your airbox backplate has two slots on one edge and three Zeus fasteners on the other you will just need to buy the correct filter to fit. Here is an example but check with Dave Kimberley at Demon Tweeks who should be able to advise on the correct filter.
  10. There is still a risk examples of which are driver error, mechanical failure, track conditions (oil dropped by another car) so all safety measures need to be carefully considered.
  11. I think I have what you need, do you have a Cage or FIA bar?
  12. I had the camcover on my Busa dipped by Hydra Graphics and it changed from: to The result is excellent and did not tarnish with use.
  13. Barkalarr and Paul your interest is noted and will advise in due course. Mark
  14. I am selling a pair of Carbon Kevlar Tillet seats. These are used and in good condition but do have some marks on the fabric and the lacquer but this is difficult to show in a photograph. They do not come with runners but these can be bought separately of fitted from your existing seats. Collection from Horsham due to size. £800.
  15. I am selling a set of Avon ZZS tyres that were new in 2016 but have seen little use and covered less than 100 miles. There are two ZZS - 185/55R13 (6mm tread) and two ZZS - 215/55R13 (5mm tread). These are a great all round tyre and would cost £488 new. I am asking £175 with collection from Horsham or carriage at cost.
  16. The battery was new in April 2016 and is excellent condition and has never been fully discharged as the car has an isolator when not in use. These batteries have a service life of 3-10 years and will out last a Banner. The battery comes complete with PC545 battery bracket and a DMS Technologies charger which is recommended for this battery. I am selling as a complete package and new this would cost £260 so looking for £125 plus carriage at cost or collection from Horsham. Either post here or drop me a mail.
