The 5 7/5 head lights on my car which was supplied as a kit by Caterham, do have the SVC sticker inside the lights.

Numpty question What are the advantages and disadvantages of a lowered floor for the driver?

I ordered the same months ago, and that is all I got, when I phoned Caterham they said ,oh no the spike part is a special order. I ordered those at the time of calling and typical Caterham not heard anything for months. When I chased the order nobody knew anything about them!! i would suggest you try Oxted trimmers even if it means sending the arm rest for them to fit the spike, that is what I intend to do when I get round to it. My Fuel gauge is showing very low, yet when I fill her up, I am putting in about 24 ltrs so with 17 ltrs still to use in a 41 ltrs tank the gauge does not relate that. Is there a process to calibrate the gauge to the sender?

My car is 2009 , and is very difficult at times to get the nozzle in and out. Good idea to use a funnel. Although could be messy.

I have been trying to remove the outer ring of the filler cap so I can replace the filler neck with one without a flap, the outer ring will not budge!! Any suggestions please. Kingsley.

They have just sorted my Sigma 150, now runs so smoothly and pulls like a train when asked. They are very good. Kingsley.

Hi Dave I changed recently from the X flow to a 150 Sigma , although it is the SV version, the engine really feels smooth, good torque and revs well. There are several options for the Sigma on the power front to choose from. I am not that familiar with the Duratec range. Like you I much prefer the 5 speed box. Kingsley.

I have a vibration that I feel pretty sure is the heat shield,other than removing it, has anyone got any ideas on how to resolve the problem? The car is a Roadsport Sigma 150 SV Kingsley

I bought a set a few years ago from Redline, I'm sure Mick will be able to help you. Caterham are pretty crap these days. They can't even ring you back when asked!! Kingsley.

Just changing from a Xflow for a more modern example, already experiencing the side of modern technology. Modern engines have to go onto computers to get sorted, not so with the Xflow. Have changed for practical reasons. I will sorely miss the old girl.

If only I could speak to someone from Caterham , I am still waiting for a call back from last Wednesday WEEK!! I have phoned on 6 other occasions to be told every time someone WILL ring you back. Last call was Friday, Still waiting. Will probably have to talk to the two Steves.

Yes Chris there is an issue. The car I have bought is an 09 car only covered less than 1000mls but has never been sorted! This car is as new, and is a fantastic car just need to sort it to get the best from her. Luke Stevens has been attending to it for me this week, and it turned out that the TSC was wired round the wrong way ,as were several at that time !! The car is now running allot better but when cold it really does not like it. Once warm it is pretty good, but could be better. This is still the old set up with the Vacuum pipe still attached to both inlet manifold and ECU. Luke has said it should be re-mapped. But as I said in the question at the start was it a recall or is it sort it out yourself like most things have to be with Caterham!! Kingsley

Does anyone know if at any time Caterham did a recall on the Sigma 150 for re-mapping , I have read several threads about the bogging down of this unit at low speeds. Caterham have re mapped it more than once. Was it a re-call? Kingsley.
