  5. Get it sprayed and then fit a good quality clear self adhesive vinyl and cover the area below the boot cover. 3m scotch guard is good.
  6. Remove it, clean paint and replace the vinyl. When you do so make sure to apply pressure around the edges.
  7. Mine arrived today and I have to say it's not very good ☹️ It kin great 😬 😬
  8. I have a complete exhaust with heat shield (silver, not black) came off my car at about 3k miles when I changed to a powerspeed. I'm not at Stoneleigh (going to Donington instead) but if your staying down tonight I live near by. I'm looking for £55 to cover my new titanium grill cost 😬 Forgot to mention, the rear jubilee clip is missing (it's still in the Pyrenees) but the brackets are fine. 9. Squeegee choice is simple. If applying to a soft surface use a hard squeegee. If applying to a hard surface use a soft squeegee, if the hard surface is liable to scratch use a soft squeegee with a felt edge. Remember over working the vinyl will cause it to stretch so lubrication is a must.

here Anyone know anything about these guys? It may be I'm missing the point, but I can't see any reference to BHP
  14. S-type seats 😳 You'll be getting cycle wings before you know it 😬
  15. Hi Grant, Start with tyre pressures, I find the car is much more settled at 16 psi (but I'm on 15" CR500's, and I think your running 13") Then I think you need to speak with Troy here and get the car flat floored. It was by far the best upgrade I done.
  16. In 2012 on a very hot summers day we had to change our route from Barcelona to Arles. Circumstances dictated a heavy right foot, shortly after crossing into France we came into heavy traffic, speeds were down to 20ish then 2 hours plus of stop / start in stifling heat. On the same trip got stuck behind a slow procession in the Algarve for over an hour, in extremely hot weather. In the Pyrenees we got stuck on very steep climbs behind slow trucks etc in high temperatures. At no time did my DVA K series on throttle bodies, high lift cams, power speed 4-2-1 exhaust etc over heat. The fan did come on a number of times, but you'd expect that. In my experience the only ducting needed is a radiator bypass to take cold air to the air filter on a front intake air box.
  17. "I’m told I should use Sikaflex 221, as it is a good bonding/gluing adhesive." And a bitch to remove. Seems a lot of hassle for no real return to me.
  18. Hi Smiffy7, If the exhaust your buying has any issues I have a k series Road Sport (SS) manifold and exhaust I looking to sell. Came off my car at 4000 miles Edited by - Boris on 7 Apr 2014 18:18:16
