  1. If it's criticle I can lend you one and you can replace it later (I always carry a spare in the boot)
  2. Assuming he has a heater, disconnect top matrix hose and fill expansion tank till water pours from matrix and top hose, replace top hose. if needed top up expansion tank. run engine, if it boils up again refer to Mark W's post
  3. Burton power http://www.burtonpower.com/parts-by-fitment-type/parts-by-engine-ford/ford-cross-flow-kent.html?brand=54&product_area=600
  4. I'm aware that I will have to remove the filter from under the car but I previously used 2 oil catch pans, 1 for the sump and 1 for the Apollo due to a fire I will need to replace both catch pans and no longer have so much space, also not in such an easy place for disposing of old oil now, so thought this could be an option as I can get it for only a few £'s more than two catch pans.
  5. Will one of these work on a K series with an Apollo tank?
  6. Enjoy the Daytona, I've looked at one twice and it's very tempting, but I've already got too many watches (say's SWMBO) and I'm not prepeared to part with any of them.
  7. I have a stripe on mine and have experienced no leaks
  8. I would have though if you hd an old x-flow that swoping it out for a Zetec would be a good option, http://www.kitspares.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=273&search=engine ok you need to fettle a bit but you stand to save lots and have a bullet proof engine
  9. I think this is another reason for reinstating the aggregated section of Blatchat. Had I seen this I would have been able to do this today.

    Pillar drill

I'm in the market for a floor standing pillar drill. Needs to be 600w + I've got my eye on a Warco machine but a good condition used machine would do.
  11. BJ Clubman will take SV centre deck, front storage box, side storage box, long ramps, winch, rear stands, indespension triple lock head (very secure) two winter wheels. Seen very little use (2,500 miles max) its advertised elsewhere at £1950
