Hi I have a 2.0 Zetec on Jenvey throttle bodies I appreciate it isn't a Duratec but I'm assuming the similar rules of physics for noise vs energy. My induction noise is loud (K&N filters) but I haven't been black flagged anywhere as yet and typically record sub 100db.
