  1. *arrowup* - In the relatively short time i have been a member, I have heard & read of far too many accounts of very poor customer service from CC. If it needs someone to be unpopular then I will happily stand beside you on this type of issue.
  2. If this is truely the case - This sort of behaviour by CC staff really does them no favours at all - GET A GRIP CC & fix it before the customer takes delivery -you should be embarrassed.
  3. I know someone who is likely to have some for sale in April, will alert them to the post.
  4. I second this recomendation. Wheel clamps are usually v easily removed by deflating the tyre. Always best to remove the wheels if possible & maybe use winter wheels like these Quoting Mark Durrant: John I have a Bulldog Hitchlock which is very substantial and will take a significant amount of effort to remove. There are different models depending on the towhitch fitted to your trailer.
  5. Well done fellas - makes me proud to be a member of a club with such people . Hope to see the car driven to the next ReHaB or AWESOME meet. Edited by - Jerry on 18 Mar 2013 12:30:33
  6. Have you spoken to Caterham ? When I bought mine the "kit" was showing out of stock on line but they had the individual components & they put them together for me at the kit price. Although that was early last year.
  7. Scott another option would be to consider a Z & F tweak of your existing ECU here It made a positive difference to my 1.8 with a DVA 13A kit on.
  8. I'm out but a bargain for someone I am sure
  9. Dave - I am interested, YHM. Edited by - Jerry on 17 Feb 2013 14:19:54 Edited by - Jerry on 17 Feb 2013 14:33:21

  11. Start saving pennies in the piggy bank
  12. I thought the Apollo Tank would be the first to go, but seems not. May have to sit on the shelf for a while
  13. Just Alternator & Apollo remaining.
  14. They will fit o.k, they are currently on a set of 8x13 rims . Note: these are a lower profile than standard. Edited by - Jerry on 11 Feb 2013 21:47:36
  15. All for sale in aid of the next upgrade fund Brise 5020 Alternator. I bought it from a reliable fellow L7C Member. It was from his S3 K sprint car. For some reason that only the "lectricikery" literate fellas will understand, it is not entirely compatible with my SV (but can be made to work O.K according to Brise, just needs connecting differently). I bought it as a spare & have had it checked out by an Alternator Repair Centre, who have given it a clean bill of health. It comes with a couple of different dia pulleys. Will sell for what I paid for it £180.00. Oil/Air Separator (Apollo) Kit – Tank, Hoses, Oil Filter Housing Adaptor Plate (“K” Series), Hose to Cam cover. It will need a Temp Sender and a Mounting Bracket (easily made from Ally Sheet) to complete. Removed when dry sump recently fitted. Bought from CC & fitted Aug 2011 - £100.00 Sold Wet Sump (K Series), the usual score marks on the fins but sound. £70.00 Sold Sump Gasket used with above £15.00 Sold Oil Pick-up pipe – Donation to NtL Sold Two – Toyo 888 GG 225/45-13 Bought new Aug 2012, unused. £140.00 Sold Buyer(s) to collect from RG6 or arrange shipping – could bring to the CC farewell gathering on 17th Feb.
