Interesting question, well it is and it is'nt. I'll explain, my first car was a 1400K Supersport 128ish horsepower, thought it was fantastic but perhaps just a little more power would have done or a 6 speed box, anyway 128hp - 540kg almost (for me) perfect, life conspired against me and separated me from said Seven , until, my second Seven a James Whiting Fireblade, bloomin heck, 130hp - 400kg, felt too quick for me but oh so well balanced and a joy to drive quickly, then you start to get used to it, the power, the balance, the grip, gears, rpm, on public roads, hmm, get my drift ?, got the feeling i'd be behind bars soon, so sold it , no car will ever replace it (for me), bought my third Seven another 1400SS engined car but this time a Roadsport chassied Limited Edition, so, 128hp - 500kg (if you believe the blurb), 6 Speed box, feels sweet as a nut to me an excellent balance of power and weight.
When I first joined this club in late 2000/ early 2001 I remember someone telling me that in many ways it does not depend how powerful a Seven is, it is more the fact that it is a Seven.
