  2. Before I put it on fleabay, if anyone likes Scalextric, I've got a large amount that needs to find a home. £40 the lot for collection from Camberley (postage would be very steep because of the weight and bulk) 103 bits of track consisting of; 1 x right angle crossing (c249) 36 x long straights (c160) 1 x start grid 1 x finish line 1 x black/yellow start grid straight (c168) 10 x short straights (c159) 1 x straight with 50 lap recorder (c272) 4 x very short straights (c158) 6 x small straight side areas 2 x 1/8th curves (c152) 1 x 1/4 curve chicane (PT/85) 2 x cross-overs (c182) 1 x long straight with bumpy centre piece 1 x sideswipe in (c174) 1 x sideswipe out (c177) 1 x long straight chicane (PT/75) 28 x 1/4 curves (c151) 9 x Banked Curves (c187) 2 x Le Mans pit straights (c191) 2 x Le Mans pit sections 1 x Track length/speed calculator (c267) 2 x bridge supports 1 x skid chicane(c261) plus 2 cars, 3 power supplies, 4 hand controllers and 1 Scalextric 'sound track machine' (whatever that is..) It's not new but the track is in good shape; i've thrown out anything that looked the worse for wear. We haven't got the space to set it up and use it and we're having a de-clutter prior to moving. If you're interested and want to see any photos, drop me a line and I'll email some across.
  3. Hard-to-come-by version of the Myford collet attachment designed for the Mk1 ML7. The unit comes complete with the original clamping block, lever operated, hardened and ground collet chuck which fits the standard Myford Seven range nose register. Included are four collets, type MA 99E 3/16", 5/16", 3/8", 5/8" diameters, All in good working condition. There are no nicks or chips to the collets and no sloppiness in the holder, which has a smooth and free action. A rare opportunity to own a lovely piece of Myford engineering. £130 delivered within the UK
  4. Corsair Extreme X128 128GB 2.5" SATA-II internal drive, supports TRIM commands. Corsair is one of the leading names in high-quality memory and the Extreme series is Corsair's top-of-the-range for performance. It is blisteringly fast and has always performed faultlessly. Solid-State technology makes it completely silent in operation and the absence of moving parts makes it great for machines that are subject to motion like laptops. Bought earlier this year, the drive is in perfect working order and immaculate condition. I've just reformatted it to sell and it's tested perfectly. The only reason for selling it is that my photography work means I need more disk space. RRP £341 on Amazon £270 Edited by - k80rum on 17 Oct 2010 11:25:30

    Garage clearout

Jez: Nope, boot cover has not been drilled to take harnesses, it's fitted with poppers already but always went over the top of my harness mounts. My car never had a hood so I don't think it'll be a hoodsticks version. Is there a way I can confirm? I can PM you some photos if they"re helpful.. Clive: It certainly could, it'll just depend on whether you find the cost acceptable. I'll get back to you with the cheapest quote I can find. I'm presuming it'd be going within the UK? Graham: Should be fine, Rob was inquiring after the road wheels rather than the steering wheels . Postage is likely to be about £3.50 if that sounds okay? 10. Russ: the Stack gauge is a mechanical one, rather than electrical, so it doesn't need the sender, sorry for not making that clear. It's a 0-100PSI scale. Let me know if you're still interested, otherwise it's available to Nev. Nev: I'll wait to hear from Russ, unless you've now decided you don't want it. Stu: Email sent Mav: Waiting on your BM, but it's all packed and ready to go. Cannonball Bob: Suits me: It'll give me a few more days breathing space. 😬 I'll get the pic and link done for the weekend. (Obviously you're not reading this until your return...) 12. Thanks to all those who have replied in-line or emailed. MAV: Aerofiller is for injected cars but is NOT the latest design (which seems to have a latch-thing in the middle from what I can see on the CC website. I can email you a picture if it's useful, so that you can decide. Just ping me a BM DOUG: rear dampers and springs are for a NON-widetrack car. I'm not sure if there's a difference, but I'll assume this being the case, that you DON'T want them, unless you say otherwise.. SV Gary: I'm afraid Craig beat you be about an hour with a BM on the WIleys. If you ping me a BM, I'll send you photos and details on the 7x13 wheels though. Tony W: Sorry you missed out on the temperature sensor. I'll get in touch to sort out collection of the compressor though; Fanborough's about 12 mins from us EFA: BM received. I'll get some details over to you as soon as I've done this evenings parental duties.. Darren E K80 RUM Website and Emerald maps library Edited by - k80rum on 25 Jul 2010 18:51:22

SimonE and TonyR, emails re-sent from a more reliable account Tony7, no worries, they've got your name on them (not literally of course, unless your middle name is Caterham ) I'll drop you a line with the details if not this week, then the next The Wasp: They're not I'm afraid. Sorry. Phew, I'm glad I'm only doing this the once. I've got a new-found respect for Darren in Parts now! 😬
