What LesG says. I bought a decent gauge that reads no higher than 30lbs so you get good accurate readings. Always use the same gauge & check tyre wear as you go. I have found 17 to 17 half lbs works for me on my SLR.
The oil pressure on my SLR K Series decided to go to the 100 lb's mark the other morning on start up. I have a mechanical gauge. I'm thinking it might be the pressure relief valve sticking as pal 7erry suggested. Any one have any expierience of this or any thoughts before I get under the car to find the Valve. Thanks Gary

A quick check in Tech Talk has resulted in the CR500 175/55/13 weighs 6.05kg & 205/55/13 weighs 7.03kg compared to 7.65kg & 8.80kg for the ZZS respectivley.
When I spoke to Avon the other week the guy said the wet rating is misleading and doesn't relate to clearing water. Also Avon stopped making the CR500 in Nov 2014. So I doubt supplies will last for next 2 year. Mi have ordered the new ZZS. CR500 is old technology now. Things have moved on.
