Some advice please I have purchased a bracket from Caterham to re-site my rear number plate light so I can unbolt the spare wheel carrier (adding lightness :-) There are three holes already on the rear chasis rail (I presume) to accept this bracket? (I hope so) The bracket I have been sent also has three (very small) holes which look to me like guide holes, they appear to correspond to the pre-existing holes in the rear chasis rail Do I drill these tiny holes out and rivet the bracket on to the chasis rail? I have read elsewhere on Blatchat that the number plate light earths via the junction between the bracket and the chasis rail is that correct? The bracket I have been sent looks powder coated which makes me suspect I will need to drill out the holes in the bracket to enable a metal to metal connection? I was thinking I might NOT shorten the lead to the light as I might want to bolt the carrier back on in the future and return the light to the carrier holder - but instead tape it up our of the way? Any help would be appreciated Tony
