I know this car well the side panels are done in carbon vinyl and looks like the real thing' the good thing you can remove, if you want back to ally I can vouch for this car to be like new and a very safe buy .this is why i let steve put it on my web space .

You can get this valve from Matthew Tel 020 8568 1172 thinkauto it was made for the caterham you are ment to fit it at the top of the tank this way you dont get petrol lying in the bend of the pipe . here

i think you will find it has been removed as its not much good as a dip stick

was it there before 🤔 If it was drain the oil it will come out the bottom once you remove the plate. If not you will be able to look with a tortch and remove it from the top once the oil is below the level . No it won't do any harm there is no moving parts in there . Why dont you try arch to see if they make it for caterham and ask them to repair if they do . that way they won't breach there contract with caterham every body 😬

if the cage fits on the inside unlike the race cage, all you will have to do is clear the area around the holes where the bolts go, a dremill will do it .
