    100 + with a SBFS half hood with no problems more chance of losing my licence than the hood

    As sm25t says check the length of the screws first

    The panel are aluminium so you do not need to drill a pilot hole just use self tapping screws and a cordless drill/driver there is nothing to worry about behind the skin

    I could be wrong but I have never seen an r500 silencer with a heat sheild unless you mean the one for the cat

    You need to push a very tiny flat screw driver down the side of each pin to release them from the connector block
