  1. Hi I am helping a charity move one of there offices, and I have uncovered some tech stuff that some of you may want. As the money will go back into the charity, I just want people to make an offer on the price So ................... Olympus DS-50 digital voice recorded comes with a case box and software for Windows Vista , it looks like it has only been used a few times and is in a like newcondition. Same as this Now Sold Dray trek Vigor2820 ADSL router, this is very good router for business use, in it's box with PSU and leads. This was used for about one year. Now the cream of the crop one for you retro camera owners, I have a Sony FD Mavica 2 Mega pixel camera that saves onto a 3.5" floppy disk 😬 here I am charging this, and will test it tonight.   2. I just use a brio pad, and then polish with autosolve. I like a shiny hob 😬
  3. When I replaced mine, I just took a picture if the wires in the connector block and removed them from the block. Then just pulled the wires through the tube, job done.
  4. Oh go on, I will take the number plate light off your hands. Mine has only been broken for 12 years 😳, well it is cracked.
  5. I had this happen about 4 years ago, about 15 minutes before a MOT 😳. I just filled up the reservoir and have never had a problem again, I never did find out why it happened but it is the only time it has given me a problem, in 12 years .

  7. Hold on a minute, is that a scratch I can see on the rear wing . I now hope that all of your troubles are behind you now, and you can get out and enjoy it .
  8. If i do that, the water temp goes up by 10. I was told the it was a earth problem, but have never managed to sort it out

  10. I must drive like a wus ☹️, as in 12 years I have never had a leak .
  11. I don't know the life span, but mine are 12 years old and have done 57k and are still ok.
  12. Just done it, and for anybody else with the same problem I just found an old Gclamp that just fitted under the wheel arch 😬. It was just enough to move the tube into place, all I have to do now is the other side.
  13. Two days, and still I cannot get it on I have the Caterham four pot brakes, and it just cannot get the bolt to bite, that holds the spring plate and tupe onto the brake pads. Does anybody have any tips ?? I have just replaced the wheel bearings and need to get this done for WightBlat, and I am about to lose my rag with it. Ta

  15. I did not have a seal on mine ☹️, so I used some mastic. Still get the condensation, on a long blat .
  16. Hi Mike, it is easy to do this yourself as I did mime a couple of years ago. Take the stack out of the car and remove the back, then if I remember you have to lift off the circuit board. You will then see the battery, I cannot for the life of me remember what type it was, but I did have one in the house. No need to send it back to Stack.

  22. Having a dig around the net, it look like it may be a ford part. There is talk of using the Caterham part, on a cortina .
