Yes. 0.5 ARB is for widetrack. I work in Basingstoke and live in Maidenhead so quite local to you. I used 300lb springs with the 0.5 ARB. Personally I preferred 250lb springs with a 5/8" ARB, but each to their own....

I've got some 300lb 1.9" springs, a 0.5" ARB (orange bush), 215lb 2.25" rears, 180lb 1.9" rears and some 1.9" helper springs. Doesn't help you too much though, I guess.....

Nick It is about 18 months old. The previous owner used it in the last year's Academy and then left it in his garage before selling it to me about 3 months ago. I've used it about 6 times since. It is in immaculate condition and does not have the folding thingie. Cheers.
