  3. So from anyone who has used the Dynax s-50 product, how much do you need for an 'average' application of a 7 do you think? Thanks
  4. incidentally, how can you tell its a short passenger footwell? Thanks
  5. No, I'm comfortable with fast cornering and noisy cars, as I expect most people are if done 'properly', however if someone overtakes into blind bends and against solid white lines, then I guess most people will think they're idiots (or worse!)
  6. Ariel Atom, 16.20hrs Mon 16th August, travelling North between Devizes and Swindon, being driven by an absolute (insert here you favourite term of abuse) idiot. What an 🙆🏻 🙆🏻 🙆🏻 🙆🏻 🙆🏻 🙆🏻 🙆🏻!
  7. Ha I expect the traffic wardens couldn't see you, the perfect camouflage! Cheers
  8. Sure it was a red 21, in Wroughton, Wiltshire, just south of Swindon, heading south, about 6.10pm today (Thurs 05.08.2010), roof down, chap in a suit driving. This is the second time I've spotted this one almost in the same place. I think the reg started P765...
  9. Proxy spot by moss boss Kerry! - Yellow 7 with blatchat stickers parked up in Devizes around 12.30 this afternoon, Thursday 5th August 2010 Expect it was Paul?
  10. **proxy spot** - my boss from work, Kerry, text me to say she had seen a Caterham - black and ally (she thinks), with the bonnet off... hope it wasn't bad news...Marlborough High Street, Wiltshire around Noon Sun 20th June
  11. Spotted what I think was a Red Caterham 21 travelling south through Wroughton, near Swindon at about 5.45pm today (Wed 16th June)...
  12. Hi! That was me, just run into WHSmiths, knew I wasn't going to get the chance to get out today (Sunday) so went for a spin (not literally I hasten to add!) Cheers
  13. Parked up outside Marlborough College, Wiltshire on the A4, thought you might have been in trouble at first (because it was an unusual place to stop), but the thumbs up indicated otherwise (and you were gone 10 minutes later when I came back through!) - I was in the blak and Ally with my headlights on!
  14. If your budget can stretch to it, have a look at backpacking tents - they tend to be lighter and smaller (and more expensive). Check out the 'Go Outdoors' site and if you have one close to you, pop down and have a look, they have tents on display. I would second the idea of a 3 person tent (for extra space), something like the Vango Tempest 300 (£100) or the Vango Omega 350 (£130), or if you want to stick with 2-person, perhaps the Vango Tempest 200 (£90). The Go Outdoors website also gives 'pack size' for some of the tets, eg the Tempest 300 is (cm) 58 x 16 x 14
  15. oh yes and watch the speed camera at the bottom of the hill out of Marlborough for the road works at Bay Bridges, it's on and very active! (not me I hasten to add, never speed!)
  16. I'll keep em peeled and I can repay the 'spotted'! Cheers
  17. Hi Foggy, Thanks! That was me, taking the scenic route home to Swindon from work in Devizes, it was a glorious day for commuting... strange how my normal 50 mile round trip is more like 80 in the Caterham, must be a dodgy speedo 😳
  18. Thanks Huw, spotted you today! I tell you it was blooming cold despite the bit of sun, but had to have the roof down in case I saw you. I mix up my routes to and from if I've got time, sometimes Marlborough, sometimes back road over Alton Barnes. I'm still learning the car, but very pleased how its going so far Cheers Chris
  19. yes, it could well have been blue actually (my sunglasses are those 'blue-blockers'). Is Phillip on the forum?
  20. Green (I think - strange sunglasses I have...) LF53*** going westbound on A4 just leaving Marlborough, Wiltshire 6.15pm this evening
  21. Stoneleigh was fun - once through the monsoon weather getting out of Wiltshire!! Unfortunately no big head stuff that I could find and nothing similar ☹️
  22. I'm usually in a green WR04 Ford Focus - certainly keep my eyes peeled and give you a wave! Thanks
  23. Yep, will do Garth, also I found this site selling them which might be an alternative if I don't find anything at Stoneleigh... http://www.zipnorth.com/index.php?main_page=advanced_search_result&search_in_description=1&keyword=big+head
  24. I was going to have a look around at Stoneleigh this weekend, see if anyone was doing them or similar on any of the stalls...
  25. Yippee, That was me, thanks for my first spot! 😬 I've had the car just over a week now, and I too was driving home from work (Devizes to Swindon). I know, roof up 😳 - was just being lazy as I knew I needed the roof up overnight for the forecasted rain...
