I have found my answer from reading various blogs, the wiring takes the same route in the tunnel as the standard loom and exsits the tunnel near the rear just above the the harness mount.

So I've opted to upgrade my seats to heated ones, during my build. So the loom for the seats will need to be installed in the tunnel. Can anyone please tell me where the loom exits out of the tunnel to connect to the seats. Does it come out of the tunnel on top under the tunnel cover or are there holes and grommets needed in the tunnels walls? Thanks Brett

Does anyone know what the inner diameter of the tubing which the windscreen washer jets use? My car doesn't have this installed as I have an Aero screen, but I would like to install this now during the build process while I still have access to the tunnel incase I put on a screen later. Thank you Brett

So when selecting stripes on a new build you could get painted decals or vinyl? Or were only referring to old cars?

Can someone please confirm or not if Caterham spray clear coat lacquer over the strips on new cars? Thanks Brett

Yes this is true, as I'm unable to order a 6 speed box. So if anyone has one and wants exchange it for a 5 speed with some cash please let me know.

Hi Everyone, Thank you all for the your responses. I’ve had a brief read of the old the manual and there isn’t anything which stands out. I don’t understand how CC can think that the newer version is a suitable replacement, but I’m not going to dwell on that. However I’m sure they would have a lot more queries and unhappy customers without this group. My only other real concern is the build quality, I’ve heard that CC are painting the car in house and paint peeling due to poor preparation, can anyone confirm if they’ve step up their game? Also after reading Mark’s (CtrMint) blog and the issues he has had, is this just bad luck or are they all of a poor quality? Brett

I'm considering build my first Caterham, to ascertain if I this is something I can take on, I request the build manual from Caterham and this is what they sent: https://cms.caterhamcars.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/A4_Assembly_Guide_Edition_1.1_Spreads.pdf it seem a bit light only being 90 pages. Could someone please confirm if this is the complete build manual and if not could someone please share the complete manual?
