I agree with you Charles, but I looked in the Assembly guide and Mark has installed it as they show it in the guide.

Hi Mark, what if you put the retaining triangle above the space. This should enable the rail to go under the retaining triangle.

I would suggest removing the left-hand side suspension and checking the bushes.

Has anyone personally done the IVA test with an Aero screen, did you need to apply rubber trim to the top edge of the Aero screen? Thanks, Brett

Can someone please confirm how are you meant to install the anti-rattle clip in the rear calipers. Are the two ears meant to be hooked inside or only the short one and the long one out or both out? Thanks Brett

Yes mine is like that, the only thing holding it in now (as I have also drilled out the rivets) is the sealant where the vertical panel joins the horizontal panel on the engine bay side and the fuse box along with few other electrical components.

The holes in the body are for the SLR cage.

@Aeroscreens, I have the ears on mine and my car is new (September 2019) so I'm think of doing the same. @Garth, no I don't have a heater.

#3 Did you also replace the rivets on the side of the scuttle with rivnuts or don't your have those?

I think all the newer kitscars are supplied with the lap belts which you pull up to tighten. Have a look at Chris' blog, it's very helpful.

Looking at my diff today, I thought that it is rather clunky when turning the prop shaft flange back and forth. So before I install it I would like to check the mesh pattern and backlash. Does anyone have the specs for the backlash for these diffs?
