Mankee
I'm using NGK BCPR7ES. Cheap and cheerful.
Cookie Monster
http://www.ngkpartfinder.co.uk/car_commercial_search.php?type=SPARK%20PLUGS&key=se According to Ngk parts finder you should use PFR6N-11 which I have just got but not yet fitted. To date I have used Ngk BCPR7E but I'm about to change as we both have the same EU3 k series Edited by - Cookie Monster on 26 Feb 2014 22:03:

Cookie Monster
Yes & they are fine. It seems to run better but it could be a placebo effect. I haven't driven it more than for about a mile as it was untaxed so can't offet too much insight yet.

John Vine
Quoting Smiffy69: So building on this thread what do people use in a 2.0 l duratec? With what gap setting. My 2008 R400D came with Ford's 5M5G-12405-AA TR6AP-13. These are made, AFAIK, by NGK. Gap is 1.3mm. I think some owners run the (slightly harder) NGK BR7EFS instead.
