  1. For sale 4 x (6x13) black minilite wheels fitted with old CR500's, varying in age from 2003 -2009, tread between 3 - 5mm. The wheels are suitable for a dedion fitment. A few minor chips off the powder coating but no kerbing, grazes or chunks missing and the wheels run straight and true. Photos on request. £200, collection only from near High Wycombe.
  2. I'm a bit paranoid about fire as I've had 2 (non 7) cars catch fire on me. The regs are changing at the end of 2021 so I've future proofed myself with a replacement new system, boot mounted. I spoke to a good supplier for advice on both the regs (which aren't that clear IMO) and the options.
  3. I need a near side rear cf wing, just one not a pair.
  4. Let's hope that fixes it once & for all!
  5. I've whacked one of the bolt heads (which has distorted the head) on the blue plate on the CCdry sump system and it's developed a leak. What size helicoil do I need pls?
  6. What's the entry deadline for Aintree pls? It's blank on the club competitors page & now worried I may have missed it?
  7. Childs metal construction bunk bed with sofa underneath which folds flat to create another bed. Sofa mattress has a small (drink) stain but has a removable cover so may wash out or you could reverse it! Approx 8 years old but used infrequently. It's disassembled and comes with a standard 2foot6 mattress if required. Buyer collects from near High Wycombe. It should fit in an estate car but I've not tried. Open to offers around £100. Cost £500 new. I have a couple of photos if required.
  8. Thanks for the suggestions. Having looked at it, it's on a joint so I think the weight has just eroded the joint as it's a weak point.
  9. Soppy concrete? Thanks for your constructive feedback! I suspect its just not very thick as from memory its about 60kg nose weight - I can lift the hitch onto the car. I'll re-cement it and put a slab in place over it short term.
  10. My minno trailer jockey wheel is creating a hole/ indent in my concrete garage floor due to the weight with the car stored on it. If I cement the hole I would think it's likely the same will happen and it'll break up again. Is there a simple solution?
  11. A permanent repkacement is the Jenvey one, more pricey but fit once & forget.
  12. Pretty sure I've got some in my garage. I'm not at home tonight so can check tomorrow if you still need some?
  13. Hi Mark Final stages.... Its in, mapped and running. All minor issues sorted. However Nitrons are with Simon for service so got a set of borrowed bilsteins on at present so don't want to drive it as they are not set up properly and likely to be a hairy experience especially with a power hike! Last few bits: fit new headlights, get a Hans device (today from Merlin at Castle Coombe)get it flat floored again by Andy & thats it! Poss new front wings. Two weeks today should be all done.
  14. Mark You know you want to! Ill come with you if you fancy a ride up to Banbury! I'll even help you spend your money! Can't say fairer than that!
  15. PJA in Ashford Middlesex are doing a lot of re lacquering on 7 parts; Ive just had some rear wings done by them & they look great. I think you'll be looking around the £200 mark. I might have a brand new CC nose cone in carbon at substantially less than the £700 CC want for one if you want to go the replacement route? Phil.
  16. Gaffa tape at the ready then! Thanks all
  17. Paul That was the type I had on my old bell housing but is a different size and shape to the hole in the dry sump bell housing.
  18. Is there a clutch fork boot designed to go over the clutch fork to cover the gap where it passes through the bell housing? It appears that something should go there as there are two threads in the bell housing but I can't see any images on line or on the CC site.
  19. I need the metal base plate/bulb holders and 2 screws that hold the lens to the base plate. Don't need lens itself or triangular/wedge shaped mounting block. Thanks
