I will unfortunately be skiing.

 

As someone who has increased their X powers rev limit to 7600, I did it without fitting forged pistons and therefore face the risks attached.

 

My thoughts were that as the car would mainly be used for sprints it would only be at the high end of the rev band for short periods *confused*

 

May be worth considering if you go down this route

Hi All,

 

Does anyone attending this rolling road session fancy playing reporter for the day and collecting material for an article in LF? I think that the comparison between cars would make for a really interesting piece.

 

I would come along myself, but unfortunately, it conflicts with the CTI visit.

 

If anyone is able to help, I'd really appreciate it. I'll happily turn rough notes into a finished article - it would just need someone to take some pictures and details down.

Sorry but my car will still be in bits (after a diff and gearbox rebuild)... *redface*

 

Fortunately Northampton MotorSport did a power and torque run before it was disassembled.
