    News

Stephen Deuchar, on the news looking very smart.
  2. I was the one who got the blame, but all I did was point out that there was a sale on 😬 I have a feeling it may come back to haunt me though, as he now has to do more miles to justify all that carbon
  3. I'm pretty sure the rear pads Martin has are not 1144.
  4. Yesterday near Camber sands, around lunch time, maybe with the hood up
  5. My sigma with Caterham 150 upgrade doesn't use hardly any oil, on our recent road trip of over 1800 miles the oil was still on max mark when we got home, the car was often taken to 7500 revs.I do get a small amount in the catch tank but that's only oily water. How long since you checked the level ?
  6. James Paddock is where I got my new discs from, I figured for £12 inc vat each it wasn't worth cleaning up my old discs, which weren't particularly worn just quite rusty

  9. I have mine set at 720 - 50 - medium, as it gives me 3 hours 22 mins of record time, compared to 2 hours 15 mins in 1080, to be honest, watching it back on the pc I can't see much difference. I have the suction cup mount, which I position inside the screen, this seems to stop most of the wind noise, when using the skeleton back door.If you use the solid door the sound is a bit muffled. Also fitted a usb charging point in the dash, as the battery life is pretty poor, even with the bacpac, you can now get a skeleton housing, so you can charge on the go, but I use the bacpac and pass through charging. I've only tried time lapse in the car once, and used 2 second intervals, which I think is too long One other tip I found, was to use a satnav mount to make a suction cup, It's a couple of £ as opposed to 30£
  10. Hi Garry, on my camera if you go into wireless controls, one of the choices is gopro app, if i click on that it starts searching for a signal. I think you have to name the camera and set a password when you update the firmware. Have you looked for help on this forum here- Hope this helps

    Holloway road

Polished ali with black nose around 2 o'clock today, nice and warm but a bit too much traffic for my liking
  16. Just thought I'd let you know how Alan got on today. The oil pressure problem was a faulty sender which was fixed. The rev counter still twitches but doesn't seem to be a problem. Overall he is really impressed with Callum at Caterham who dealt with everything. He asked me to say that he had a terrific run back, despite a spattering of snow! He didn't sleep last night and doesn't think he will tonight, he's so excited! A very pleased customer... everything he wanted has been done, and he loves the popping and banging from the Sigma.
  17. Hi Road runner! Gave you a toot as I passed this afternoon. Looks like you got the best of the weather.
  18. Bone rat, I've sent you an email as I would like to buy these.
  19. Martin Jeffery held it well on a big patch of diesel, on the way to brands hatch. Took me 20 minutes to stop laughing 😬

    In France

Spotted a b.r green and yellow Caterham travelling South on the 901 near Poix de Picardie this afternoon. Didn't have time to wave...we were the big red Landrover Campervan. 😬
