    My 02 Golf tdi 130 bhp still gives 50ish, can push just into 60 if a journey of more than 20 miles, you have to be gentle ( no TT course )

    As it is really, what engine oil is used in the 1.6 Sigma engine.

    Thanks Dave, cams are marked SLR500CH on the Exhaust and MR03 on the Inlet.

    Raceco produce some cracking superlight 54mm TB,s, (in stock I would have thought) I do think these are only for engines that make 300+bhp.

    Raceline sell the new mls gasket, not cheap but works well if liner pertrusion is not what it should be.

    BIO, It is a Swindon 2.0 dry sumped, the crankcase breather has a blank on it, on the cam cover there is a small breather, spigot, but very small bore, I can not believe this is the only breather to go to ds tank ?

    Does anyone know whot oil capacity a raceline wet sump takes on a 2 litre duratec?

    Whot size bolt is it M6, 8, 10? whot is it doing, engine mount, bellhousing?

    It is going to be around 300 brake and 220 torque I guess, the Quaife 60g will easily take that and laugh, do not have any experiance on the Frenchy, I do hope Mad Hatter will then be able to stay with us.
