  1. I have a couple in need of repair /welding if required and interested...
  2. I am about to put my trailer on the wider market. Top spec version, with central board, strap locker, integrated ramps, winch, corner posts, full lighting to all corners, etc etc. It does not have a wheel rack or top box. Very good condition with small dent to front of wheel arches (I bought this from Caterham and it had these when purchased). Looking for £1550 with very little room for negotiation. I travel extensively and at times with limited internet beyond my phone. If you are seriously interested (no tyre kickers please) email me at: richardnicolson@hotmail.com and I can email full details and photos. cheers Richard
  3. Very similar to this but with steel full length mudguards: https://www.lotus7.club/forum/sale/fs-brian-james-minnomax-trailer-sold
  4. I bought this from the manufacturer a few years ago (an old friend - sadly no longer on this earth was the co-founder). It has been inflated once to check it out and has since been stored in dry, ventilated and safe conditions since. Never actually used to having suitable car storage (by luck). There are a few marks to the base (ground) layer (as you would find on any Carcoon used for more than a few seconds). Otherwise in perfect condition. None of the foam filters have been used. £345 - located Isle of Wight - Can deliver Southampton; M3/A3 corridor or SW London, otherwise quite bulky so will need to discuss delivery options! Richard
  5. Paul yes it is a very tight fot for an SV even with 6" rears you onlu have 1'. Very keen now to sell so updating spec: BJ Minno Max bought from Caterham Midlands. Fuly galvanised, full floor, strap box, good condition jockey wheel. Outboard forward and aft lights, pull out (as in later design) ramps, manual winch (in excellent condition), full tailboard lighting, spare wheel, twin axel, fore and aft drop down sprung stands. metal wheel arches (one - the n/s - has had a dent since I bought it... minor and no effect on ability, spare part available from BJ - just not got round to it!). Full electrics. Will provide ample tie down straps with limited use (as new). These trailers are now going in the trade for around £2k as I understand BJ no longer manufacture this spec. Was asking £1900. I am abroad in 2 weeks for the summer so looking for £1650 ONO.
  6. Sorry error on my email addressnow corrected and back in UK for 3 weeks so will be more available.
  7. Sorry a few people have asked status... I work abroad a lot and being on a yacht makes it harder to keep up. Yes still for sale and better to email me direct for details to: richardnicolson@hotmail.com for info etc.
  8. I am selling a Minno trailer, it is as follows; I bought this from Caterham Midlands when I had more than one toy. It is currently on the Isle of Wight but I will be bringing it to Hamble (Near Southampton) in the next few weeks. If bought on island I will discount £100. Otherwise £1400 Locking hitch with 2 x keys Braked Twin wheel / double axel Galvanised steel Braked to forward wheel drums via wire Full decking to mid section Ramps retracting into chassis (hidden) drive on with security bolts Fore and aft drop down props High quality dolly wheel Lights to rear and both forward and rear extremities Forward locker for ratchet straps with locking bolt No tyre rack. No additional boxes. You can easily add these via Brian James accessories. Near side wheel mudguard is dented (as when I bought from Caterham!) Before I list elsewhere its here fot L7C members - always maintained E mail me for photos. Please do not respond via BC as I no longer use it regularly (sorry hate current format) - email me at: richardnicolson@hotmail.com or 07584250203 thanks. £1400
  9. Looking for my son - a low cost, low insurance car. Anything in the hundreds (£), with ideally a long MOT. Looking at the usual tin tops in the East Grinstead area (Micra's, Corsa's. Ka's) - needed for commute from home - rugby club (he is a professional) and school (he teaches when not playing rugby)... he'd be happy with anything that shows some reliability!
  10. sorry guys it looks like it may have gone - has an interested party call last night and he should be here over the next hour... if not will be in touch. Richard

  13. Hi BC advice team... so should the bolts be hex topped or round heads with hex insert... what is the OEM design (I know what I have on the other engine mounts)
  14. Thanks... off to source and sort! 😬
  15. Took Mutley for the MOT (passed 😬) but once on ramp noted the lower, left (nearside) - just above oil filter - bolt missing from the mount fixing to the block.. was concerned it had sheared after my sump damage last year, but everything appears ok and it just seems to have "rattled out"... so can someone tell me the length / diameter of the bolt... is it SS or coated steel etc. Thanks in advance. Richard

    For NtL

I have a number of stick on (OK for a 7) and magnetic (no use on a Se7en) GB stickers, plus European headlight adaptors from the inventors, patent hoders and suppliers: http://www.motoring-into-europe.co.uk/faq.html Happy to sell on behalf of NtL but will pocket the postal cost (I guess large packet price in the UK). So whether its a coupple of £ or a tenner... all in good cause. I used to work with these guys, and Chas / Charlie the company MD, a 750 racer and striker man said to me to off load for charity my samples... so if you are heading to the continent, why not get from me rather than elsewhere! cheers Richard
  21. Second dibs if JimH doesn't want it.... happy to make a NtL contribution 😬

  23. Happily bought from another member... some idiot (me toothy smiley) following a puncture left the locking wheel nut "key' on the tarmac confused smileyv- vit was dark, raining and late... well thats my excuse (me = numpty). Anyone got a Volvo security whhel nut remover in the Andover area, Southamption or A3 / M3 to London I can borrow to remove 4 x locking wheel nuts??? I've just done c. 700 miles on a spacesaver and its time to put the proper wheel back on! Thanks Richard 07584 250 203
  24. I'm interested too... my only comment from the piccies - they appear slighly thin at the "waist' i.e. width over the lower midpoints... might be a v good reason, but they appear narrower than other manufacturers... but significantly better value. Like Mark C, please give feedback! Thx Richard
