Hi Dave, I have the same set-up and found that the passenger’s side mounting plate needs to be moved round a couple of notches to achieve the correct angle for the mirror in relation to the plate. I also found that there are only a couple of places on the screen curve where the plate fits comfortably. You will find the stem is located into the base using a locking pin which fits into a location hole. There are number of holes for different positions. Undo the socket cap screw in the base and adjust to suit. Pics available Phil Summer Lightning haze
