    As above, is there a bracket to attach or do i just use a rope/sling. Do i strip the fuel rail off, to prevent damage? Alternators off. Starters off. is there anything else that needs to come off that would hinder the removal. Engine and box or just engine?

    Nigel Keats gets my vote, used him on my K series when the head gasket needed changing, amongst other things.

    apparently i have the upgraded version and a clip is not required, presume this is good

    Cheers Jason, that looks very much like the part i have, but like you said it's probably for a different lever.

    took it apart.....again. SPC is just round the corner (3 minutes), he stripped it down and it was a stubborn little thing, cleaned up degreased and and back together, it's never felt so good. Steve also gave me a little plastic clip that he said goes between the lever and the gearbox, it didn't fit, so i put it all back together again and it all seems too sloppy now. Can anybody give any more information regarding this plastic clip, or have i just got the incorrect size. Or indeed does it need this. Will ask Steve again when they are open, but thought i would ask here first

    Took the clip off, and the spring came off no problems, undid the 3 bolts that hold the lever in place, and pondered quite a lot then, as i didn't know what i was looking for, and put it back together. should i give the lever the rubber mallet treatment,

    i've been busy....honest. Christmas, skiing and work........oh and it's SORN, it'll rain omn Sunday when it's taxed. all forward gears work. it just won't press down

    taken the tunnel off and exposed the gear lever, taken it apart, but nothing seems to have come adrift or broken..............now what put it back and still doesn't push down. help required, proir to putting it all back together

    Can i fit the hood sticks with SLR cage? Will the boot cover flap around too much without them, till i get another?

    Fitting the cage this weekend, how much do i tighten up the bolts. All of them, not specific. Inc, under the rear shocks Plus the bottom of the shock?

    I would like to apologise for expressing an opinion in the Marin, as it appears to offend people, as it's not in Chit Chat, and i don't want to purchase the bike, as i already have a Mount Vision. Sorry Chris, if my idol chitchat has hindered the sale. 😔

    perhaps people need to realise this full suspension Marin weighs 23lb. for those that know bikes this is a very light soft tail.

    6 speed, no problems forward, doesn't push down. Where do i start? Is the problem with the hydraulic clutch? surely the forward gears wouldn't engage either. Strip down?
