No, just remove the hose and seal the openings. There is a solid plate available to replace the plastic breather plate.

Remove the breather hose to the plenum completely, blank off the breather with rubber bungs and just allow the engine to breathe  from the cam cover, to either a catch tank if wet sump or the oil tank on a dry sump.

There is no drain plug on the dry sump, there is one in the bottom of the tank. The bolt in your picture is a fixing for the internal oil pump. If you want to remove all the oil take the little plate off  the left side of the sump, just below the oil filter housing. You can remove and clean the finger filer at the same time.

Dont wind the adjuster on the cable up to much, make sure the levers on the calipers return to the stop position on the caliper with the handbrake fully released.

If you over adjust the cable the h/brake will not work correctly. Ensure the levers on the calipers are at the full return position, drive the car to make sure the pads are bedded in properly and then adjust the cable. If the caliper levers are not at the stop the calipers will not self adjust.

The extra intakes were not an after thought, the lower one was a carry over from R300 race cars and the upper one was part of the design destined for the 620 to assist the cooling. It was not due to problems with engine temperatures, it was always intended to be there on the Caterham production model. My original  car ran without it and never presented an issue. Air was ducted over the top of the radiator to the inter cooler.

There have been no heat related issues with the 620. Not sure where you got that from as all the way through development there has not been any problems keeping the car at good operating temperatures.

Hi Elie, a change of cams, valve springs (unless they have already been done) injectors, ECU map and throttle bodies. Pistons remain as standard.

With out seeing them it's difficult to answer, the back of the alternator can be in a different position, putting the  connections in the wrong place.  They can be stripped and re assembled in the required position but the wires from the windings are a little fragile.

The left is warning light, the one on the right is switched 12v.

The 6mm  terminal is the main connection to the battery or starter main  terminal.

I would carefully remove the fuel pipe at the front and make sure fuel is there. You may not have put enough in. 10L should be OK but unless you're certain I would add some more.

How much fuel you put in?

The 620 wiring is different to the previous Duratec models.

Hi Craig, yes the bottle is still for sale.

It's quite possible to drill an extra couple of holes in the runners to match the old ones.
