No two IVA stations are the same, far too much is down to the testers discretion!

There should NOT be a washer there. It doesn't really require the locknut but SVA will probably say it does.

There is a different drive flange which moves the disc out. The caliper spacers are increased in length to move the caliper further out to match the distance the disc has moved. This increases the gap between the caliper and the radius arm.

The bleed nipple is around 2 inches long, it is one piece. Just undo the nipple (8mm) 1 turn. The whole thing will turn.

The mark should be on the middle part of the "U" of the wishbone. It is just the letter L.

You need to change the plug on the engine loom to use a race TPS.

The oil pump sits in the sump and is driven by a longer oil pump chain, this has to be released before the sump can be removed. The only way to do this is by removing the front cover. The engine has to be separated from the bellhousing as there are connecting unions between the two. No sealer is used between the engine and bellhousing. Removing the front cover will also mean you will likely have to re-time the engine.

Factory built cars are set 2-2-2

To remove the sump will require separating the engine and bellhousing. The engine front cover needs removing if you're going to take the sump off.

Doesn't seem to make any difference what type of lock washer used the bolt still needs checking as it will loosen. Schnorr washers are fitted as standard these days.
