Only 620 R uses the Ford diff unit fitted with a Titan LSD, along with 420 race cars. Cars with BMW diffs do not have diff struts.

Radiators are unlikely to spring lots of leaks at one time, there would be some indication of coolant escaping if it was that bad.

Complete set of adjustable damper platforms, like new.

I would get the geometry checked before changing anything. If the car has been damaged it may have been put back together like that to even the castor up with the other side.

Hi Darren, as it happens I have a Metric K series car in for chassis repair at the moment. I fitted a dry sump to it a couple of years ago. I used a Duratec dry sump tank and had it modified for a k series. I can take some pictures if it helps, it wont be for a few days though.

The 485 uses a different ECU. The wheel speed sensor is on the rear wheel and if incorrectly adjusted or faulty will cause the ECU see a fault and then reduce the rpm etc.

2.3 engine fits an S3 with standard 2.0lt mounts. The 2.0 eco boost does not give lots of extra power easily, its seems its not nearly as strong as the Duratec.

Warm them with a hot air gun, be careful not to get them too hot.

The slave cylinder can be over extented, either by continual pumping of the pedal or having the pedal stop incorrectly adjusted. The spacers are available in different thickness, but unless the wrong slave has been fitted the one already in the bellhousing should be OK.

Its something that need to be checked regularly, the right hand lower bolt is the one that suffers the most from coming loose. If you're using it on the track I recommend checking after each session.
