You will have to fit new ears also. The mounting for the caliper plate is totally different.

The TTV flywheel is standard Caterham Duratec fit. I believe the original Titan flywheel is slightly lighter.
-
I'm not sure you would gain anything, the CSR flywheel is quite light already. You could change it and use a smaller clutch but that would not be great on the road.

Yes, that's about right. The 620 nose has cutouts for the anti roll bar too. You will need the brackets for the lower fixings.
-
The 620 SV nose will not fit a CSR unless you either modify the cowling at the front or fit the 620 radiator and pipework.

aerobod, not sure what diagram you're using but there is not an MFU on the R400D

Depends how old the car is, newer cars use a different pump and module.
-
TPS is not adjustable.

Still for sale, price reduced to £475

The fault code are meaningless, you need to connect to a laptop and use EASIMAP. You could send the ECU back to Caterham and get them to upload the latest map.
-
If only it was just a bellhousing change, its a new gearbox casting.
-
Be careful swapping pins around, the mapping strategies could be different. Either TPS based or pressure based, the sensor will be wired differently.

All Duratec flywheels are the same, apart from 620 variants and cars fitted with Sadev gearboxes. TTV ones are now used in place of Titan flywheels
