  1. There's also James Whiting up the M3 from Hook: Appletree Works, 26 - 30 Glenfield Road Ashford, Middlesex, TW15 1JL, Tel: 01784 - 241466
  2. Any idea how often the aircon need using to maintain the seals?
  3. Moss Europe is not far from you and they do caliper rebuild kits for Spitfires (which I believe the brakes are from) http://www.moss-europe.co.uk/AboutMoss/ContactUs.aspx?#london
  4. Also worth checking that there's not a air leak anywhere else or the vacuum hose hasn't fallen off
  5. Also have these and very pleased with them. I believe they take the same brake pads as the early Caterham 4-pot AP calipers

  7. I've two 6x13 Minator or Minilite style wheels for sale if you're interested. They could both do with refinishing as the lacquer is not great on either I'll need to send you some pictures to confirm they are the style you're looking for.
  8. Have you tired Halfords - I remember them having lots of sump plugs when I was looking for something a while ago.
  9. I've a pair of 6" x 13 silver 'minilite' wheels that are suitable as trackday wheels but not for a polisher if that's what you're looking for? If you're interested I can take some pictures.
  10. Thank for the offer, but with the help of a colleague at work and Rob Margel we're sorted out the logistics.
  11. Is anyone able to help get a gearbox from Twickenham or Camberley to Curborough this weekend for Malcolm Hickey to pick-up? Thanks Allen
  12. How long is the forward support? If it's about 11" then I have one, else I found the rear support Edited by - Allen Payne on 29 Jul 2013 17:46:44
  13. I might have one of these as well - I'll look tonight
  14. My (Omex?) shift lights caused a misfire when connected to the coil for their signal. Reconnected them to the tech feed they worked fine and the misfire went away
  15. Also check that the fan is running when the engine it hot
  16. Roger If you need a spare gearbox I've a standard one that came out of my k-series (1400). I'll need to check it as it's been in a box for the last X years
  17. I've a set of Omex sequential shift lights if you're interested. I'll have to find them to get you the model number, but they worked fine on a K-Series
  18. The wheels are like this one: here They will fit any Dedeion Caterham, such as yours, if they are wide enough for wet tyres I couldn't say. I've used then with 185x60x13 tyres.
  19. I've a set of silver Minilite style 6x13 wheels if you're interested. They have tyres, but they are far too worn to be of any use.
  20. I've an ali inlet manifold from a 1400, but it's not the supersport one but from a non-supersport - it has the inlet facing the rear of the car. I'm not sure if the bottom half of the manifold is the same or not.
  21. Ammo - I think you need to stop building engines again and write a book instead. I remember reading a book by Walter Hassan(?), who worked on Coventry climax & Jaguar V12 engines in the 50's & 60's, that was a great read - time for another one I think.
  22. I've a pair 13x6 Minilite style wheels (with worn out tyres) that you could have but their condition is not great as the lacquer has lifted in places. I can take some pictures tomorrow if interested.
  23. Yes, but they have a bracket held on by a knurled nut on the back of them to hold them in place. Getting that off and on may involve inverting yourself in the footwell
