How noisy is your car? Mine, with the same set-up was 94db. Have you also considered induction noise?

Check the tyre pressures, A021's should be about 16-17psi cold What spring rates do you have? Has it always been like that?

It might sound daft but when you press the brake pedal are you just flexing your ankle or pressing with the whole leg 🤔 Seat position in the car can make a difference to the pressure on the brake pedal. I use the bias valve in my car to reduce the rear braking as it would lock the rears in the wet Running an uprated M/C, HiSpec 4-pot front brakes DS2500 pads and standard rear.

I fitted the Powervamp PVR25 a few years ago, when I put the Zetec engine in 😬 Excellent battery, sat in the cold garage all winter and started first time when that big yellow thing made an appearance.
